Thank you for shopping with Carryflux. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Hygiene-related items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank.

  3. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at our support email.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Non-Delivery

If your package is lost in transit or not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
